Genealogie der Schilling von Canstatt

We use the online genealogy database Geneanet. In the publicly accessible part of the genealogy of the Schilling von Canstatt family, we try to gradually depict the available data, starting with the main lines. Some branches of the family that married in and out are also represented.

The current number of named individuals is about 1500, but we are only at the beginning, so important family branches in Germany, England and the USA of the last 200 years are still missing.

The last official description of the SvC family was published in the GHdA (Genealogisches Handbuch des Adels), Volume 80, Marburg 1982. A new edition (in the now newly published GGH - Gothaisches Genealogisches Handbuch) is urgently needed and should be completed within this decade.

The last published family genealogy dates from 1905 and is available here together with the genealogical table as pdf.
